I am a currently a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at the College of William & Mary.
I was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. I lived in Bucaramanga, Colombia, for seven years where I finished a B.A. in Language Teaching and an M.A. in Semiological Studies at Universidad Industrial de Santander.
I have received a dual PhD degree in Linguistics and Hispanic Linguistics at Indiana University. I have taught several Spanish and Linguistic courses and I am very interested in syntax, language variation, and information structure. |
